We are seeking a skilled L1 – Field Engineer specializing in CCTV, IP Surveillance, and Network Commissioning to support the setup, integration, and testing of security and networking systems at industrial and Oil & Gas sites. This role is entirely field-based and demands strong technical expertise, attention to safety protocols, and familiarity with industrial standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform onsite installation, integration, and commissioning of CCTV/IP surveillance and networking systems
Configure PoE switches, UPS systems, NVR/VMS platforms, and related infrastructure
Conduct system testing, fault diagnosis, and ensure full functionality post-installation
Comply with HSE protocols and site safety requirements, including H2S and Work-at-Height standards
Work under ATEX / IECEx safety regulations when required
Interface with clients and project managers to ensure technical alignment and timely delivery
Document all work performed, including test results, configurations, and compliance checks

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Telecom Engineering
7+ years of experience in CCTV/IP surveillance and network integration
Hands-on experience in industrial and Oil & Gas field environments
Strong knowledge of PoE, UPS, NVR/VMS setup, and structured cabling
Familiarity with ATEX / IECEx standards
ADNOC or equivalent certifications (H2S, Work-at-Height, etc.) preferred
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and safety awareness skills
