HR Payroll Officer
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Process end-to-end payrolls for all employees accurately and on schedule.
• Manage compensation, benefits, and statutory deductions in compliance with UAE labor laws.
• Coordinate with HR, site managers, and finance teams to resolve payroll-related queries.
• Maintain payroll records, reports, and documentation for audit purposes.
• Support HR initiatives and employee-related administrative functions as needed.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–4 years of payroll experience, preferably within the UAE Facilities Management sector.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to liaise effectively between HR, site, and finance teams.
• Attention to detail and proficiency in payroll systems and related software.
