Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software components to ensure usability.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, including APs and switches.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
Repair or replace damaged hardware and upgrade systems for software compatibility.
Install and update anti-virus software to maintain system security at the user level.
Conduct tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.
Serve as the first point of contact for user support and error reporting.
Establish and maintain strong working relationships with all departments and colleagues.
Perform daily backup operations and manage IT documentation.
Support and manage IT projects, ensuring timely completion.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Provide application support, back-end support, and ERP implementation throughout the organization.
Offer remote assistance when needed.
Manage and administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive, Azure.
Utilize security tools such as Microsoft Defender to protect systems from threats.
Manage IT inventory and assets efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and network troubleshooting.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
Familiarity with security tools such as Microsoft Defender.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems and IT project management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, Network+, CCNA) are a plus.
