Key Responsibilities:
Manage HR operations and support employee engagement initiatives
Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires
Provide administrative support and assist with office management
Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably within the hospitality sector
