Key Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
Perform welding tasks using appropriate techniques (MIG, TIG, Arc, etc.) on metal components.
Cut, shape, and assemble metal parts as per project requirements.
Inspect welded joints and components for quality, strength, and compliance with specifications.
Operate welding machines, hand tools, and cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain welding tools, machines, and work areas in a clean and safe condition.
Follow all safety protocols, including PPE usage, and adhere to workplace safety standards.
Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to meet project deadlines.
Assist in repairs, modifications, and custom welding tasks as required by projects.

Qualifications & Experience:
3–7 years in welding (role-dependent).
ITI / Vocational training or Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Key Skills / Competencies:
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
Skilled in operating welding machines, tools, and cutting equipment.
Strong focus on quality control and inspection of welds.
Knowledge of workplace safety standards and procedures.
Physical stamina and dexterity for handling heavy materials and equipment.
Teamwork and communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and engineers.
