Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain safety policies, procedures, and programs.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports.
Conduct safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
Collaborate with management and departments to promote a safety culture.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety devices.
Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions.
Advise on environmental, health, and safety improvements for projects and operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience: 3–5 years in safety management or occupational health & safety roles.
Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
