Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and monitor student behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing across all grade levels.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and respectful school environment that promotes student development and engagement.
Support and implement pastoral care programs, wellbeing initiatives, and extracurricular activities.
Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and school leadership to address behavioural and academic concerns.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, disciplinary actions, and student welfare interventions.
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student conduct and progress.
Assist in organizing student orientation, assemblies, and leadership programs.
Ensure school policies and procedures related to discipline and student conduct are followed consistently.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (Education, Psychology).
2 - 4 years of experience in student affairs, pastoral care, or behaviour management within an educational setting.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and parents to build a positive learning environment.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for student wellbeing and development.
