We are seeking a dynamic Events Officer to plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of corporate and promotional events. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure events run smoothly and successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute corporate, promotional, and social events from concept to completion.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics efficiently.
Assist in marketing and promotional activities related to events.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Handle guest registrations, invitations, and on-site coordination.
Prepare post-event reports and feedback analysis to improve future events.
Maintain a database of contacts, suppliers, and partners for future events.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or PR activities.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with event management software is a plus.
Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
