Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance, repair, and installation tasks across civil, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry works.
Carry out routine inspections and preventive maintenance in offices, buildings, and project facilities.
Repair and replace fixtures such as door locks, hinges, tiles, ceiling panels, light fittings, and plumbing accessories.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests, ensuring all issues are resolved efficiently and safely.
Support site teams in setting up, maintaining, and repairing temporary facilities and equipment.
Assist in minor painting, masonry, and finishing works as required.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety policies and procedures.
Keep records of maintenance activities, materials used, and tools issued.
Report major repair needs or potential hazards to supervisors for corrective action.
Requirements:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Building Maintenance, Electrical, Plumbing, or a related trade.
4–6 years of experience in general building or facility maintenance (experience in construction sites preferred).
Strong hands-on skills in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic civil repair works.
Ability to troubleshoot and perform multiple repair tasks independently.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Physically fit and able to work in various site environments.
Flexible to work extended hours or weekends when required.
GCC experience and valid driving license are an added advantage.
