Geidea is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our team and work closely with the Head of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of supporting daily marketing operations, and skilled at coordinating campaigns, managing suppliers, and ensuring smooth execution across creative and digital projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign coordination.
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
Assist in managing creative and digital marketing projects.
Maintain organization of marketing schedules, documentation, and reporting.
Contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative marketing environment.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in marketing administration, coordination, or operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive attitude with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple projects simultaneously.
