Experienced electrician who lead, motivate, monitor and oversee a team of electricians to ensure they produce quality work. Provide technical guidance regarding the installation, maintenance and repair of electrical systems


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

 Making schedules, assigning work and training employees.
 Motivate electricians to increase their productivity and meet work goals.
 Ensure the proper maintenance of equipment, compliance with electrical codes and adherence to safety regulations.
 Assist with electrical system installation, troubleshooting and repair as needed.
 Designing electrical systems and circuits, as well as contributing to improved designs and manufacturing processes are other common job functions.
 Purchase supplies, ensure adequate inventory, plan budgets, prioritize purchases, prepare cost estimates and document their purchases.
 Keep records of electrical operations, payrolls and timesheets.
 Play a role in hiring, firing and evaluating employees.


JOB CONTEXT:
 Covering others during vacation
 Any other related task assigned by the management


QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:

 Have at least an associate's degree in a technical or engineering-related field;
 Bachelor’s degree will be preferred.
 Need to have relative experience in the field.
 Familiarity with electrical systems, tools, equipment, codes and safety procedures are also important.
 Need to be familiar with computer software programs, such as Microsoft Office and CAD (computer-aided design).

 Troubleshooting skills and familiarity with hazardous classifications.

6 working days 8 to 12 hours per day
Must be certified and possess a diploma in the relevant field, along with
experience in FMCG, particularly in food manufacturing.
Should should be good in English speaking and writing
