Job details: Technical Support Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for software, hardware, and network issues.
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical problems efficiently.
Respond to support tickets, emails, and calls in a timely manner.
Document issues, solutions, and best practices for future reference.
Assist in software installations, upgrades, and configurations.
Collaborate with development and IT teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain knowledge of current software applications, IT systems, and technologies.

Key Skills
Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and networking concepts.
Problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Familiarity with ticketing systems and technical documentation.
Basic programming or scripting knowledge is a plus.
