The Marketing Officer is responsible for supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns for Mediclinic Dubai. This role ensures brand visibility, patient engagement, and effective communication of the Group’s healthcare services. The Marketing Officer will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives that enhance the reputation of Mediclinic as a trusted healthcare provider.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
Support the development of marketing materials, brochures, presentations, and promotional content.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for service promotion.
Coordinate events, workshops, and community outreach programs to enhance brand visibility.
Maintain and update Mediclinic’s digital presence, including website and social media channels.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing reports and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal departments, including clinical teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company branding guidelines in all marketing activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Graduate (preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field).
Experience: 2–5 years in marketing, preferably within the healthcare, hospital, or service industry.
