Eventis Marketing is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business development, particularly in selling pesticides or related services within the facilities management or government tender sectors. This role requires strong networking skills, the ability to drive sales, and maintain long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the facilities management and government sectors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and ensure targets are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:
• Proven track record of 5–10 years in business development or sales, preferably in facilities management or government tenders.
• Strong expertise in selling pesticides or related services.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage client expectations effectively.
• Open to candidates of any nationality.
