Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of bar staff, including scheduling and training
Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of drinks served
Monitor inventory levels and order bar supplies as needed
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the bar area
Handle customer complaints and requests professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service regulations
Develop and introduce new drinks or cocktail menus to enhance customer experience
Manage cash handling, billing, and basic accounting tasks
Collaborate with restaurant management to ensure smooth food and beverage service
Qualification:
Minimum High School / Higher Secondary; Diploma or Certification in Hospitality/Bartending preferred
Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a supervisory role
Knowledge of cocktail preparation, beverage recipes, and bar equipment
