Job Description

Welcoming greeting as they enter the hotel.
Take reservations over the phone or in person, manage a waitlist for walk-in guests, and maintain an organized system. Escort guests to their tables, ensuring they are comfortable and providing menus before their server arrives.
Introduce the assigned server to the guests to ensure a seamless transition.
Give guests accurate estimates for how long they will have to wait and keep them informed.
Handle incoming calls to take reservations or answer general inquiries.
Address guest complaints or issues professionally and contact a manager when necessary.
Team handling experience.
