Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve group and event revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Exhibitions), and social events markets.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and corporate accounts.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts for group bookings and events.
Coordinate with operations, catering, and event teams to ensure smooth execution of events.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports for management review.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the property and services.
Qualifications
Graduate or Post Graduate in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in group sales, events management, or hospitality sales.
Knowledge of the hospitality industry, MICE market, and event planning is preferred.
