Medical Insurance Coordinator
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day administration of medical insurance for all employees across multiple entities and job categories
• Handle additions, deletions, and renewals of insurance policies in coordination with the insurance provider and HR
• Track insurance coverage and ensure timely renewals and updates
• Liaise with insurance brokers and providers to resolve employee issues, claim rejections, or approvals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records both manually and digitally
• Support employees in understanding their medical coverage and assist with documentation for claims
• Ensure compliance with UAE health insurance laws and regulations
• Coordinate with HR and Payroll to reflect changes in benefits appropriately
• Review and verify monthly insurance invoices for accuracy before submitting for payment
• Provide reports on insurance coverage, costs, and trends as required
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in medical insurance coordination or HR operations, preferably in a high-volume organization
• Proven experience in manual processing of insurance-related tasks and document tracking
• Solid knowledge of UAE health insurance laws and regulatory requirements
• Strong coordination and vendor management skills
• High attention to detail and organizational ability
• Excellent communication skills .
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with HRMS systems is a bonus
