Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, or academic challenges
Identify and support students with behavioral, emotional, or social issues
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to develop intervention plans
Conduct assessments, case documentation, and progress reports
Plan and implement programs for student well-being, mental health, and social skills development
Advocate for students’ needs and ensure access to necessary resources
Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in all interactions
Organize workshops, awareness sessions, and peer support activities
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
Experience working with adolescents or school-aged children
Knowledge of counseling techniques, child development, and mental health practices
