Overview

Artha Realty LLC, a boutique Dubai brokerage known for curated listings and a results-driven culture, is expanding its Secondary Market Sales team. We’re looking for motivated agents to manage resale and ready properties in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) and Al Furjan, helping clients buy, sell and invest with confidence.

Your Role:

• Manage resale and ready-to-move inventory in JVC & Al Furjan, including handling exclusive listings.
• Source and qualify leads, then schedule and conduct professional property viewings.
• Negotiate offers and close transactions while advising clients on pricing and market movement.
• Provide clients with clear investment guidance and up-to-date market insights.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords and other stakeholders.

What You Bring:

• 1–2+ years of hands-on experience in Dubai’s secondary market (mandatory).
• Strong communication, customer-care and closing skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and RERA card (or willingness to obtain both).
• Energetic, target-oriented attitude with the drive to grow your client base.
• Professional presentation and the ability to work independently as well as within a team.
