HR Manager
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
• Support workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Oversee payroll coordination and HR documentation in collaboration with relevant departments.
• Advise management on HR-related matters and contribute to strategic organizational decisions.
Requirements:
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
• Proven experience in managing HR operations and leading HR initiatives.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in HR systems and MS Office tools.
