Recruiter cum Admin

Job Location: Manama, Bahrain

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• Conduct thorough candidate searches using various online resources, professional networks, and job boards.
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements.
• Pre-screen candidates through phone interviews to assess fit for the role and company culture.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Coordinate the interview process, including scheduling logistics and communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Evaluate interview results and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Extend and negotiate offers to top candidates.
• Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends in recruitment and talent acquisition best practices.
• Maintain and develop relationships with potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
• May participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to represent the company.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Relevant years of experience in HR recruiting or a similar talent acquisition role.
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting qualified candidates for various positions.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Skilled in candidate sourcing techniques, including online recruiting tools and social media platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
