Proactively follow up on quotation pipelines to convert opportunities into
confirmed orders and achieve sales targets. Technical Presentations & Marketing
Conduct site visits to assess obsolete or competitor-installed valves and propose suitable replacement options.
Perform cold calls and outreach activities to penetrate new markets and
develop a strong customer base.
Initiate and manage the customer registration process, including securing
placement on approved vendor lists.
Collaborate closely with engineering and product development teams to tailor
solutions that meet specific client needs Trouble-shooting aftermarket related issues.
Provide comprehensive pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including
product training, troubleshooting, and application guidance.
