Job Description
Oversee the Managed Services portfolio in KSA, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
Work closely with regional leadership and global delivery centers to design and deliver high-value managed services that meet the needs of enterprise and government customers.
Lead the Managed Services business unit across KSA, covering IT and OT domains.
Define and execute the go-to-market strategy, aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
Manage P&L accountability, ensuring revenue and margin targets are achieved.
Build and strengthen customer relationships with key accounts in government, energy, utilities, and enterprise sectors.
Oversee service delivery excellence, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Personal Skills
B.Sc. in Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent technical field.
Develop a dynamic and visionary strategy for the managed services to lead and expand our business in Saudi Arabia across all business (IT & OT).
Promote and foster a strong team culture and open and transparent communication.
Assess skills, knowledge, and abilities of candidates to make effective hiring and merit/bonus decisions and identify developmental needs.
Provide training and development opportunities and serve in a mentoring role for the team.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Skills
Proven track record in Managed Services leadership within IT and/or OT industries.
Strog understanding of service management frameworks (ITIL, ISO, etc.) and managed services business models.
Experience in P&L ownership and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Prior exposure to the Saudi market and customer ecosystem is highly desirable.

B.Sc. of Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
