Site Engineer
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Supervise day-to-day site activities for construction and interior fit-out projects
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams
• Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Prepare site reports, documentation, and updates for management
• Support in material inspections, quantity verification, and site measurements
Requirements :
• 4–6+ years of experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in construction and interior fit-out projects within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of site supervision, project coordination, and execution
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience managing site teams, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts
• Familiarity with UAE health & safety regulations and quality standards
• UAE Driving License (preferred)
• Must be available in the UAE and ready to join immediately
