YOUR TASKS:
Bulid and maintain sales pipeline .
Work with Air Capacity team to onboard new customers .
Acheive sales target by selling air cargo services to new customers.
Be in charge for internal / external communication ensuring customer satisfactory and maintaining revenue target acheivement
Manage and update CRM with correct customer data.
Work in line with Air Capacity team to design special solutions.
Prepare timely performance & pipeline reports.
Ensure compliance per company standards, quality improvement, security requirement & all relevant environmental, health & safety legislation.
Oversee & manage dispute / claim with customers.
Additional functions as mandated by management.
YOUR PROFILE:
Selling & communication skills.
Air capacity freight experience
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Cargo / Airfreight selling experience in Saudi Arabia.
