Requirements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Foreman in construction or civil projects.
Knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and tools.
Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
Physically fit and able to work on construction sites.
