Job Summary
We is seeking a dedicated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, specializing in the execution and delivery of high-quality, luxury villa projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate must have extensive, verified local experience in residential construction and possess strong technical and supervisory skills to ensure projects are completed safely, to specification, and on time.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: Minimum 5 to 6 years of continuous, hands-on experience specifically within the UAE construction market.
Domain Expertise: Mandatory experience working directly on Villas and high-end residential construction projects in the UAE.
Education: Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech/B.E.) or a Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Technical Acumen: High proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed architectural, structural, and finishing drawings.

Key Responsibilities
The Civil Engineer will report to the Project Manager and will be responsible for the following on-site duties:
Site Supervision: Oversee and manage daily construction activities, ensuring all work strictly adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and the project timeline.
Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Implement and monitor quality control procedures. Conduct rigorous inspections of materials and workmanship at all stages (structure, blockwork, plastering, waterproofing, etc.) before requesting consultant inspections.
Drawing Implementation: Accurately set out and implement technical details from complex design and engineering drawings on site. Resolve any on-site technical discrepancies in coordination with the design team.
HSE Compliance: Enforce all UAE and company Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Coordination: Effectively coordinate tasks between internal labor teams, specialized sub-contractors, and the Project Manager to ensure seamless workflow and prevent bottlenecks.
Reporting: Prepare daily and weekly progress reports detailing work achieved, manpower deployment, material usage, and highlighting any potential delays or challenges.
Resource Management: Monitor the efficient use of construction materials, labor, and site equipment to control costs and minimize waste.
