Qualifications:
Relevant technical diploma or certification in automotive servicing
Prior experience in tire and wheel alignment services preferred
Strong knowledge of vehicle suspension, steering, and wheel systems
Good mechanical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
