Description:
We are looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead the Chantelle boutique at Bawadi Mall, Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have proven retail management experience in the UAE market, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences in lingerie and womenswear.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Leadership: Lead daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning, high service standards and excellent visual merchandising.
Sales & KPI Management: Drive sales performance, monitor KPIs and implement action plans to achieve targets and improve productivity.
Clienteling & Customer Service: Build strong relationships with customers, provide personalised service and ensure high retention through excellent clienteling.
Team Development: Recruit, train, coach and motivate the sales team to deliver consistent results and professional conduct.
Brand Representation: Maintain high grooming standards and uphold the brand’s premium image at all times.
Reporting & Administration: Oversee store reporting, cash handling procedures and ensure adherence to company policies.
Candidate Profile:
Experience: 3–5 years of store management experience in retail, ideally within lingerie, womenswear or premium fashion brands.
Market Knowledge: Demonstrable experience working in the UAE retail environment.
Skills: Strong communication skills in English, excellent clienteling, coaching ability and a results-driven mindset.
Personal Attributes: High standards of presentation, confident leadership, organised and customer focused.
