Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate manpower scheduling and daily crew allocations to meet site requirements.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact to ensure tasks are executed according to plan.
• Monitor day-to-day operations, report issues, and escalate where necessary to maintain service levels.
• Assist with logistics, transport coordination, and basic site-level administration.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, job progress, and materials usage.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors, field teams, and office stakeholders to keep operations aligned.

Requirements:
• Experience: Fresher to 2 years in operations, field coordination, or related roles.
• UAE Driving License — Mandatory.
• Languages: Hindi/Urdu + English (good spoken and written ability).
• Ability to join immediately is preferred.
• Reliable, flexible, and able to work across shifts or travel between sites as required.
• Strong interpersonal skills and basic administrative proficiency.
