Executive Assistant
Job Location : UAE
Responsibilities :
• Provide comprehensive executive support, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and communication handling.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation on behalf of the CEO.
• Manage property-related tasks such as tenant communication, maintenance coordination, contractor management, and basic financial oversight.
• Ensure all properties are well-maintained, compliant, and operating smoothly.
• Assist with project coordination, research, and administrative tasks as required.
• Act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements :
• 1–2 years of experience in executive support, property management, or a similar administrative role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Verbal communication in Gujarati would be an added advantage.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritise effectively.
