Qualifications:
Relevant degree/diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related disciplines.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in water and infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of cost estimation, contracts, and quantity take-offs.
Familiarity with project management and estimation software.
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with various stakeholders.
GCC experience (preferred but not mandatory).
