Senior Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Requirements:
• Minimum 8-10 years of quantity surveying experience, exclusively with main contractors
• Proven track record of managing commercial aspects of major construction projects.
• In-depth knowledge of standard forms of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JCT, NEC).
• Strong understanding of construction methods and procurement.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficient in industry-standard software (e.g., Excel, CCS, Candy, CostX).
• Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field.
• RICS accreditation (preferred but not mandatory).
