Job Title:
QC Piping Inspector

Qualifications:
Engineering Graduates/PG (B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering)
B.E /Dip in Mech. Engineer with CSWIP 3.1 or AWS valid certificate

Responsibilities:
Inspect piping systems and components to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards (ASME, API, AWS, etc.)
Review and approve piping procedures, welding documentation, and inspection plans submitted by contractors
Conduct visual inspections, NDT (Non-Destructive Testing), dimensional checks, and pressure tests on piping systems
Monitor fabrication, installation, and welding of piping systems to ensure quality and safety standards
Identify non-conformities, document findings, and recommend corrective actions
Liaise with QA/QC, project engineers, and construction teams to resolve piping-related issues
Ensure adherence to HSE standards during all inspection activities
Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation for audits and project requirements
Support pre-installation and pre-welding meetings and participate in project quality planning

Requirements:
B.E / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
CSWIP 3.1 or AWS valid certification
Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
ADNOC project approval is a plus
Strong knowledge of piping codes, standards, and inspection techniques
Experience with onshore/offshore Oil & Gas projects preferred
