We are seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Strong knowledge of BOQs, cost estimation, and measurement
Experience in construction projects
Good communication and reporting skills
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review BOQs and cost estimates
Monitor project costs and budgets
Handle variations, claims, and valuations
Coordinate with site and project teams
Prepare progress reports and final accounts
