Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries
• Schedule and manage patient appointments
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
• Provide timely and effective customer support
• Resolve complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service
Requirements:
• Proven experience in customer service (healthcare experience is a plus)
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
