Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
Serve food and drinks to guests efficiently
Provide menu guidance and answer guest queries about dishes and ingredients
Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining areas
Assist in maintaining stock and inventory of service items
Handle guest complaints and requests with professionalism
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
Requirements:
Prior experience as a waiter or in F&B service is preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
Professional and courteous behavior
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
