Qualifications:
Technical diploma or vocational training in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
Proven experience as a Mill Operator, preferably in Oil & Gas or heavy industry.
Knowledge of milling machinery and safety procedures.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
Physical stamina and attention to detail.
