Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Service Delivery, located in the Kuwait City Metropolitan Area. The Director of Service Delivery will oversee service delivery operations, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include managing service delivery processes, improving business efficiency, overseeing program management, and maintaining IT service management standards. Additionally, the role involves leading and managing teams to deliver successful projects and services aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Service Delivery and IT Service Management
- Expertise in service management methodologies like ITIL
- Demonstrated experience in Team leadership and Cross-Department Collaboration
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
- Expertise in Performance Reporting and Analysis, Risk and Compliance Management and Quality Assurance (QA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- 20+ years of professional experience in leading large scale IT service delivery operation, working at large organization as Service Delivery director or CIO.
- Certification in ITIL, PMP, or related frameworks is advantageous.
