Description:
We are currently hiring an experienced HR Generalist to support and manage HR operations across both the UAE and UK regions. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who is comfortable balancing operational responsibilities with strategic HR initiatives in a multi-country environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations for UAE and UK employees in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding
Support HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with business objectives
Handle employee relations matters, performance management, and HR advisory support
Coordinate HR documentation, records, and reporting with accuracy and confidentiality
Work closely with management to support workforce planning and HR strategy
Qualifications & Professional Memberships:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
CIPD Level 5 (minimum) or an equivalent recognized HR qualification
Experience Requirements:
At least 5–7 years of progressive HR management experience
Proven experience handling both operational and strategic HR functions
Demonstrated exposure to HR practices and compliance in both the UAE and UK
Strong recruitment and talent acquisition background
Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
