Store Supervisor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Be responsible of all the transactions, supervision and performance of the shift
• Co-ordinate with written instructions activities surrounding loading of all sales orders in accordance with instructions of sales force and market demand.
• Track daily operating conditions i.e. damaged goods/trade returns, daily production, segregation and re-packing in coordination with production supervisors. Work on reducing finished good damages
• Manage the fair distribution in all areas
• Avoid out of stock situation
• Advise diminishing stock levels
• Control strictly the warehouse shrinkage and the warehouse breakage
• Monitor all movements of internal warehouse staff and external organizational visitors
• Facilitate & participate end of the month stock-count. Final reconciliation to be conducted with finance department’s requirements and generate a month -end stock reconciliation.
• Ensure maximum utilization of available storage facility in all stores.
• Ensure consistently that all warehouse activities are conducted under the fullest adherence to the quality management systems & procedure of the organization.
• Ensure correct gate passes issued vs. loaded volume for all outgoing vehicles by random checks. Ensure that sales returns are handled as per the set procedure.
