HR and Admin Assistant
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Manage the end to end recruitment process from employee onboarding formalities to induction of employee.
• Evaluate and screen resumes and cover letters
• Determines applicant qualifications by conducting initial interview through phone, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
• Arrange interviews with the respective Managers.
• Following up on the interview assessment status.
• Responsible for maintaining the database of applicant tracking system.
• Assist in writing and forwarding rejection letters.
• Preparing Hiring Request and Job Descriptions and update the same in consultation with the Head of HR.
• Maintain Employee master database & keep personnel files current.
• Liaise with PRO for new visa and labor contract, renewal of visa and labor contract and make sure all process is going on time.
• Responsible for maintenance of personnel records, Performance Appraisal forms, Promotion Letters, Increment Letters.
• Prepare & Issue Salary Certificate, Warning Letter, Salary Transfer Letter, NOC, Experience Certificate, and Certificate of Appreciation for Employee of the Month, and any related correspondences.
• Prepare LPR and G&R for the department.
• Prepare and control the budget for stationeries of the whole company
• Monitor the consumption of stationeries and handle the inventory on monthly basis
• Maintain and update the budget allocation related to the department
• Manage the sorting, filing and storing of the department records/documents in an organized manner with high confidentiality at all times.
• Support in all other day-to-day operations of the Admin work
• Ensure the proper handling of passports and employee signs off any request for passport or the return of the same.
