Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree preferred (Engineering or relevant discipline)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as site representative and manage all services as per contract
- Coordinate with Company departments and Superintendent
- Arrange resources (equipment, tools, manpower, materials)
- Handle normal & emergency call-outs
- Manage entry passes, timesheets, invoices, and coordination matters
- Handle staff-related activities (visa, work permit, civil ID, leave, salary, overtime)
- Ensure uninterrupted services and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate non-core equipment supply and timely delivery
- Prepare and submit required documents
