Description:
Sharjah Collection is currently hiring a Guest Service Agent to join its hospitality team. This role is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in guest services who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in a hotel environment. The position plays a key role in ensuring smooth front desk operations and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.

Major Responsibilities:

Welcoming guests in a professional and friendly manner and handling check-in and check-out procedures
Managing reservations, room allocations, and related system updates
Responding promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure a positive stay experience
Coordinating closely with housekeeping and other hotel departments to meet guest needs
Processing payments accurately and maintaining clear and organized records

Major Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Professional appearance with a positive and service-oriented attitude
Basic computer knowledge: prior experience with hotel property management systems is an advantage
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
