Job Location : Fujairah, UAE
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist chefs in the hot kitchen with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Prepare ingredients, sauces, and components as directed.
• Maintain station cleanliness, equipment, and stock levels.
• Adhere to all kitchen safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
• Support the team during busy service periods.
Requirements & Skills:
• 1-2 years of experience as a commi in a hot kitchen.
• Basic understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to learn.
• Candidates must be locally available in Fujairah.
