HR Officer
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Assist in recruitment: job postings, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination
• Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Prepare HR documents (offer letters, contracts, memos)
• Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, leave, and payroll
• Support performance appraisal and training coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor law
• Provide general administrative HR support
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 years’ HR experience in the UAE
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
