Main Responsibilities

Manage parts purchasing (WAP) aligned with brand sell-out (DNP).
Ensure parts orders are placed only when required, using the most cost-effective and time-efficient transport modes.
Manage stock levels including value, depth, width, and months on hand—to meet service level targets and business objectives.
Maintain continuity of supply at all times to support market demand.
Support brand campaigns by planning and securing required parts in advance.
Plan and manage new car provisioning to ensure parts availability for new model launches.
Manage back-order levels and minimize days outstanding.
Plan and execute the annual stock count.
Plan and oversee the Goods Receipt Schedule to optimize warehouse and transport efficiency.
Secure all necessary documentation and clearances for importation, sale, and distribution of parts within the dealer network.
Ensure all incoming shipments are compliant with regulatory requirements prior to arrival in Dubai.
Coordinate recall-related parts returns to factories.
Manage returns of obsolete, recall, and exchange parts.
Communicate and reconcile parts claims with factories.
Utilize SAP, IDIS, and other systems to optimize inventory performance.
Maintain Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and handle invoice entries for the department.
Prepare and provide business reports as required.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

University degree in Inventory Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related business discipline.
2 – 5 years of customer-facing experience in a retail or automotive environment.
Knowledge of the automotive industry and parts operations.
Strong administrative, analytical, and organisational skills.
High attention to detail with excellent numerical capabilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Working knowledge of SAP and Material Replenishment Planning (MRP) systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident communicator capable of working closely with cross-functional teams, dealers, and factory stakeholders.
