Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day EH&S operations in a fast-paced Construction environment.
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Lead safety audits, inspections, and incident investigations.
Train and mentor teams on best HSE practices.
Lead RCCA identification and risk mitigation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Environmental Science, Health and Safety, or a relevant field.
A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role, preferably in the construction industry for the HSE Supervisor position.
A minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience in a health, safety, and environmental role, preferably in the construction industry for the HSE Lead position.
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards and best practices.
Proficient in conducting audits and risk assessments.
Excellent project management and communication skills, in English and Arabic.
IOSH, OSHA, NEBOSH or a Relevant certificate.
