Job Title – Project Manager
Qualifications – Engineering Graduates/PG
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and clients
Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or delays
Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction regulations
Review and manage construction contracts and agreements
Prepare regular project reports and updates for management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Minimum 5–10 years of UAE experience in residential, commercial, or civil construction
Familiarity with construction contracts and project management tools
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Job Location – Dubai, UAE
Salary – AED 8,000.00 to AED 12,000.00
